Error code 300023 on Xbox series X

I was able to login and reach the character screen, but when attempting to enter the world I received error 300023.

This error seemed to correspond to a local Internet outage/Xfinity issues. After Xfinity resolved the issues I started receiving this error.

I was able to resolve this issue by quitting the game on my Xbox. Note: Shutting down the console does not do this, you need to select the game, go to more options, then “Quit”.

I have started getting this error. the last time it worked was 2 days ago (wed 9/11)

is there anything I can do?
