I attempted to purchase platinum through the Diablo Shop but when I completed the transaction, it said the purchase was complete but then I got a pop up with an error message (error #300002) and I was not credited any platinum to my account. I attempted it again and it happened again. My bank card was charged for both purchases but neither purchase credited me with any platinum. So now I’m out $20 and I still have no platinum.
Been trying to figure this out as well. Was trying to purchase the battle pass and same thing happened, got charged but didn’t get the goods.
just had the same issue on the PS5. I have two confirmation emails from PlayStation store and no platinum. sigh.
