Logging into diablo 4 presents me with the warning error, “There was a problem logging in. (Code 1910)”
I have attempted the following resolutions according to stickied early release mega-thread on the official Blizzard forums:
- Confirmed my Deluxe Edition order on battle.net
- Restarted my PC.
- Logged into a different region.
- Re-installed Battle.net client
- Reset my Battle.net account password.
Please help!

At this point we hold our breath and hope for the best or request a refund.
There is another post for the same problem, There was a problem logging in code 1910 - Technical Support - Diablo IV Forums. Here the DM says, i need to wait for internal investigation.
I found the solution, I had this problem since this night.
I had to reset my PC and all my drives and it worked directly.
I really think that this problem comes from older diablo 4 files from the beta.
So if you can find those files without resetting the pc that should work but I personally couldn’t find them
Hope it’ll solve it for you
Having the same 1910 error logging in, and I didn’t play the Beta, so there goes that hypothesis. Restarted my system and still no dice.
I preordered the first day available, and had this error code at every single prerelease event. Never played a second of the game I paid $80 for. Still cant play, and no replies from blues in my posts, and no responses to my tickets other than basically kick rocks, betas be betaing.
