Error code 1016?

Hello all,

I have been unable to log into the game for approximately 16 hours. I constantly recieve “error code 1016“. However, i checked my connection and its stable and there is no issue. If my accoun or ip is being blocked or restricted by your systems in anyway, requesting that you check and fix it.

Hi there,

I unfortunately have the same issue. There isn’t an issue with my internet connection, yet I’ve been getting “1016“ when I try to log in to the game since yesterday. I assume it is related with the Blizzard servers. Hope they fix it soon.

EDIT: This solved it for me: solution. This causes your computer to use Google DNS.
