Getting CE-34878-0 all night every few hours. Everything is up to date. Reset the PS, Renewed licenses. Still crashing. C’mon Blizzard, get it together!

They got it together for almost a month. Haven’t had the issue since…until today. Same error 3 times within the last 12 hours. Neverwinter has the same issue, seem a lot of games in this style have that issue. I wish someone would figure out what the heck is happening and fix it, it’s been a known issue for YEARS in this genre.
Spent almost an hour clearing my first Nightmare Dungeon and got this error right near the end. Lost the key and all of my progress through it.
It no wonder why I don’t play hardcore. If this error caused me to lose my character, would be pretty damn upset!

This error prevents the game from playing. When teleporting, the game freezes on a black screen. PS4
