Hello,

I’m having a problem updating Diablo IV today. The update fails with the following error code:

BLZBNTAGT0000138F

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists. So far, I have tried:

  • Restarting my PC.

  • Closing and restarting the Battle.net Agent.

  • Completely closing Battle.net and restarting it.

  • Running Battle.net with administrator privileges.

  • Clearing the Battle.net cache.

  • Clearing the Battle.net Agent/cache folders.

  • Restarting the PC after clearing the cache.

  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the Battle.net application.

  • Checking the game files / using the repair and scan function.

  • Trying the update again several times after restarting Battle.net.

  • Restarting my internet connection.

  • Trying a VPN connection.

  • Disabling the VPN and trying again without it.

  • Using CMD and performing network troubleshooting/reset commands.

  • Checking that Battle.net and Diablo IV are not being blocked by Windows/network security.

  • Restarting the computer again after performing the network and cache troubleshooting.

Unfortunately, Diablo IV still cannot be updated and continues to return the same BLZBNTAGT0000138F error.

Could you please check whether this is a known issue with the Diablo IV update being released today, or whether there is a specific fix for this error?
