Error 397000, unable to login today, was fine 8 hours ago. Multiple reports on discord of people having the same issue on xbox and pc today.
Seems mostly Eu, im in the uk myself, another guys in germany.

Hello, since this morning I have the following error message every time diablo 4 is launched:
The lobby server is currently unavailable. Please check your version of the game. error code 397000
I tried to repair from the battlenet application and then totally uninstalled the game and nothing helps, unable to launch the game.

Same here, UK, both my xbox consoles give same error
Its not console related as somebody on another post said that her husbands account works but hers doesnt, both on the same xbox.
Seems like some accounts have just bugged whilst most are ok.
This is really mess… I have too 397000 problem. Why youd don’t add single player at D4?
so it means we could play when? tomorrow night?
