Prior to LoH patch I had never had an issue with REPEATED disconnects. I had maybe one or two during the entire season/league.
In the last three days I had ~10 disconnects with the “Error 365002” happen. I’m not saying the games unplayable in this state but it’s not fun at all repeating the same quests over and over again from the start after already going thru them and then getting DC’d right at the end.
Need an update regarding this issue, on the Steam discussions you see it talked about and even here. I rarely go to forums and what not to “complain” but this is kind of ridiculous.
I just got hit with it myself, and lost several items and progress in the game.
Unsure what is causing this.
I just wish we would get some sort of acknowledgement from someone at Blizzard saying “We see this is an issue”, cause atm it feels like they either don’t know it’s happening or they’re just plain ignoring it.
I was so hyped to play this since it’s another month till new PoE2 content but I have never had this issue with PoE before and this is leaving a sour taste in my mouth as far as being able to recommend it. When it’s working, it’s great. But when this is happening it’s kind of disheartening and makes one not really want to play since you’ll just either lose gear, or be rolled back X amount of time.
Same Problem on my account rn. blizzard said in a diffrent forum that you need to wait 5-10 minutes but now its over an hour that i am not able to login….
Same problem here, I hope I won’t lose the 3 mythics I just had in my kurast run… it’s getting really frustrating to play blizzard’s game nowadays…
Me and my friend too, sometimes we can’t finish one freaking quest without dc and this error(at night especially).
I also have this issue, for the last 3 days, can’t even finish one cutscene without getting disconnected, and then I have to start it again and disconnect again, before it finishes. It is unplayable.
I’ve done all of the things, researching all of the ports that I could find that should help. I even briefly put my Xbox in the DMZ. Nothing seems to help. No other games have this issue. I’ve had two in the last 20 mins. It’s frustrating.
