I am trying to do the sorcerer, codex of power,quest of the magi but I cannot enter the abandoned shack without the loading screen not getting anywhere and I am stuck at that screen.

Having the same issue at the exact same spot.
The same thing is happening to me. I get stuck at the loading screen for about 5 minutes before the game kicks me back outside of the abandoned shack and the quest not progressing.
Edit: I tried again this morning, and now I was able to complete the quest. I loaded into the abandoned shack almost immediately with no further issues.
Same issue. Stuck at loading screen of abandoned shack. Cant proceed to get enhancement slot. Times out after a few minutes. It did work earlier today so… shrug
