Ensembles in wardrobe won't save transmoged items

As per the topic, I’m not able to save transmoged item looks in any of the ensemble slots. The store / season items get saved, the rest of the regular item transmogs save as blank slots.

I’ve also created a new character and it only lets me save seasonal and store items as well. In a newly bought ensemble slot 2 of this character I’ve tried to save transmoged cosmetics only and the save button is grayed out. It’s as if it does not recognize them as a cosmetic item.

How is it possible that it broke account wise rather than just on one character? Ensemble slots are totally useless for me now without being able to mix transmoged items with seasonal and store items.

It’s also worth mentioning that it doesn’t work on Xbox and PC.

This is a bug on PC as well.

I just ran into this tonight and thought I was losing my mind. Playing on Xbox, exactly the same behaviour as Dervan said: my store legs are saved and everything else is a blank slot.

Yesterday I’ve installed Diablo on my PS5 and it’s not working there as well so it’s an issue across all platforms and probably issue with account. I doubt that they will fix it anytime soon knowing blizzard and I’m sure more and more people will run into it sooner or later. I will probably give up playing next season as wardrobe is an important aspect of the game for me and I switch my outfit every day.
