Ennead's Folly - Can't enter

Unable to enter Ennead’s folly, the game just sits at the loading screen. It happened to me and my gf on different PCs. While doing Undercity: The Promise quest.

Also same here. Restarted a couple times and it just sits at loading screen. On PC.

Same issue. Damn blizzard bugs. And i couldn’t start the damn normal question bc i couldn’t get Sihek. Now, the NPC is supposedly somwhere but likely still awaiting completiong of this Ennead’s Folly bs.
