Enhanced Earthen Bulwark does not work as written. It’s either bugged or Blizz needs to re-write the description. I get CC’d while I have the Earthen Bulwark up, active, and rotating around my character.
PLEASE FIX.
Question – did you manually cast it when this happens or did it proc from something like the Que rune? Because when I’m CC’d and cast it it breaks the hold but I’ve also noticed the there are times it’s up and running (I’m using BacQue so it casts pretty much constantly) and I still get CC’d. Not very “unstoppable”

I haven’t checked since S8 launched a couple days ago, but I’m curious if this is still not working as written.
