ENDLESS FURY can be used?

“Basic skills generate 5% more fury when using TWO-HANDED weapons.”
I use FRENZY as basic skill with 2 one-handed weapons.
To get ENDLESS FURY effective, do I have to use TWO-HANDED weapon not
2 one-handed weapons for FRENZY?

I have the same question also, was wondering if it applies to all the basic weapons

This has to be a troll question cmon. It says “TWO-HANDED weapons”. You have to use two handed weapons for that to proc . NOT 2 one handed weapons.

also its only 15% so at most u will only get 11 fury instead of 10 its a wasted passive
