End Game Boss suggestions

Convert all end game boss (referred to as “boss”) mats to one currency and uber mats (Durial/Anderial, referred to as “uber”) to either a higher requirement of the same boss mats or continue to use a different currency. Every boss drops the uber mats so you still have to farm bosses to engage ubers.
This would simplify inventory management by eliminating redundant currency stacks and allows players to play the content of their choosing while still acquiring boss mats to target farm the boss of their choice for specific uniques.

Normalize boss mats cost across all bosses. Have each boss require the same quantity of mats (ideally a low number as to not bloat the currency stacks). ie: all bosses take 2 boss mats per run vs Living steel x12 but Malignant hear is only x4.

This removes excess drops on the screen (ex: living steel) and reduces inventory bloat.
Living steel x12 = 4 boss runs per stack (50) but Malignant heart x4 = 12 boss runs per stack (50).

I understand the original intent was to create a “boss ladder” but since you normalized difficulty across all bosses per Torment level, the ladder concept no longer applies in current gameplay.

Modify manual pickup functionality to include picking up all of the same material. D3 had this feature for gems. You click on one Living Steel on the ground and all the surrounding Living Steel are picked up at the same time.

Let me fight every end game boss at the same time.
