Is it possible to roll +all stats on an item? I miss in D3 where it would tell you want you could possibly reroll. Also, why does the cost of rolling the same stat increase each time it’s performed? I found a chest piece that has 1 bad stat, but I keep getting garbage rolls on it.
Yes it is possible to roll + all stats but I am not 100% sure if all items can roll that affix.
With rerolling as I was leveling I would just rr once or twice. If I didn’t get anything good I would scrap the gear.
At end game now with 800+ ilevel gear I am willing to put a couple million into it. I usually get something at least decent.

Does the price ever stay reasonable? I only reroll once because it gets to being astronomically more expensive in second and further rerolls. Way way higher/faster than D3 ever did.
price is based on value of item iirc
why those items from some mobs have a 1 or 2gold vendor value are so cheap to roll.
basically once u roll an item 10-12 times its not viable to keep trying as the cost just too much after ur in ur 70’s
Yes, yes you can, its the best “throwaway” affix you can roll IMO.

Anything Blizz didnt put in the game, you can probably bet someone made an API scraper that does it. On that site click on the type of item you want to evaluate and then click the “Affix (basic)” tab, it shows affixes and ranges.
Its an economy sink. It makes the mats used to craft have engagement value so that you have to do the thing you have to do to get them. It also gives gold value by giving it a purpose while simultaneously deleting it from the game. The way economics works is complicated, but the takeaway is this: if its super cheap to re-roll gear it defeats the purpose of the game. They might as well just give you a hidden menu that lets you create any gear you want and give you any lvl you want. A game like this would be fun for about 2 days.

Honestly it isn’t that bad if you just recognize that some gear isn’t worth spending the money to enchant. Just don’t invest that much into it until end game when it is pretty easy to make money. At that point you are finding upgrades so infrequently by the time you do you should have saved up a few million more.
Keep items that roll 3/4 gg and continually re-roll them. You get gold and mats from farming. In WT4 the mats you need start dropping a lot more frequently from mobs, as does gear you dont need (aka gold). If you feel poor pre-WT4, that is pretty normal. If you feel poor in WT4 its because you arent picking up enough stuff to salvage/sell.
