Enchanting costs are to freaking high

I mean whos idea was it for an item not even legendary to start at 150k a hit to 500k and then 1m+ by hit 8? I just farmed 6m gold and its gone in an instant! Not to mention we need time gated helltide mats ontop of all of it! AND we dont even get to SEE what stats we can get! (Like in the games predecessor D3 ) just silly.

Yep, Been a few complaints for charging us for 5 star enchants, But only getting 1/2 star.

I think they are bringing it down by 40 percent in the next patch

I had 100m gold by 95, so it’s mostly sustainable, but yeah, choose wisely :slight_smile:

The frustrating part for me is occasionally getting an item that is what you’ve been hoping for, then having bad luck all the way until it costs 6 million per roll to try again. Dropping 50+ mil on an item and then having it essentially bricked because you know the cost (in time) to farm gold for each reroll is just too high.

I think it’s less the cost and more the priority stat thing they made which forces that stat to roll every time thus you only get 1 actual re-roll. It’s esp bad since they nerf’d main stat rolls on weapons.

I’ve been using D4 craft and it’s interesting to see that when I set the min level to max, it starts going into the billions. Like 25 billion gold to max roll the stat in some cases.

Nonetheless, if I get a higher roll (75% or so) I call it good.

Yeah and I’m not even necessarily talking about a good roll - I’m just talking about not even seeing the stat I’m after.

Psh. I just want the right roll. Trying to roll non-Dex on rogue weapons is instantly 20mil a click because Dex is always there. They made main stat undesirable compared to others so you’re just stuck.

I feel like in most cases I can do it for 10m or less just to get a decent roll.

Honestly my gripe is I don’t really understand how it all works. I put a significantly (around 80 ilvl sacred to ancestral) upgraded neck on yesterday and watched my armor drop by 300 points and have absolutely no idea why. Neither item had armor on it, but the one I took off did have damage reduction from distant enemies, which I assume somehow affected it. Not very intuitive.

Exactly, im just trying to get rid of sacred gear atm and its millions just for an item that could be way better most of the time. Max frustration.

I just wish it was just gold. No materials needed. That way I can just keep runing only NMD then sell all the junk for more rerolls.

Enchanting needs to have an extra option only one real option is BS imo. Cost would be fine if we had more alternatives.

Also whoever thought of giving rogues/barbs/necros/druids barrier gen as a main stat on gear go die in a fire. Not even sorcs want this sh1tty excuse of a stat.

I agree also druid stat pool os horrendous, honestly has me thinking of rerolling Rogue

they need to be brought down like 90%.
