Enchant Item > Replace Affix > Same Results Multiple Times

Is anyone else experiencing the same exact results multiple times in a row when replacing an affix of an item? I realize it is RNG and it is possible to receive the same results but it is happening consistently.

Just curious if it is just me or if others are experiencing the same issue.

I am seriously considering burning the Occultist at the stake and having the city hire a new more competent one. Maybe have the city hire multiple Occultists to create a competitive environment? This monopoly needs to be reevaluated.

Yep. Random number generators are inherently streaky on computers without serious processing power. Something they hope to achieve with Quantum computing. So without safeguards to limit streaks then you get the same 5 hits on a 1/3 odds more often than any statistical analysis should allow.

Considering it is a helm and there are 19 possible affixes I would expect a little more diversity. It sure likes the first two listed (Intelligence and Life per Second).
