Every time i log in or load a new area, my emotes and hotbuttons on all of my wheels are reset

I have the same issue on PC
Same here! So annoying.
Same here on ps4. Everytime I log in I have to reset up my emote wheel 
Same, after setting them up 4-5 times it finally saved half of my changes, I gave up on resetting them after that.
Keeps happening to me as well. the main (middle) one saves my changes, but the left and right reset, except for the new emote achieved from Season 2. That one stays on either the left or right. It saves while I play on the Xbox One, but when I move to the Xbox Series S, it is reset. I set it again. Next time I play on either Xbox, it is reset again.
Please fix this, it is frustrating to have emotes that I can’t use unless I set them on the main (middle) wheel.
