Hi all, struggling to slot in bone storm. However, blood mist took the slot instead. Wondering the eluding aspect can save me from those cold enchant elite, and free up the slot of blood mist. Thank you.
Eluding aspect description:
Becoming Injured while Crowd Controlled grants you Unstoppable for 4 seconds. This effect has a [40-20]second Cooldown.
It’s not replaceable with that aspect because you have no control over when that aspect procs.
Blood Mist is basically the only mandatory Necro skill on every single Necro build that is trying to do any difficult content.
What are your other skills? You should be able to fit bone storm.

As of now sitting on my skill bar is:
Raise skeleton, Bone Prison, Corpse Tendrils, Blood Mist, Decrepify and Bone Spear
You would drop either Prison or Skeletons for Bone Storm depending on what build you’re going.
I would imagine that if you are some unique Medelin build or something and absolutely need skellies/prison for ring procs, you’d keep Skels/Prison and not run bone storm.
Yes I do have the ring, and use Bone prison to proc. So I better give up bone storm then.
