Elixir of Death Evasion Recipe not Dropping Bug

I’ve noticed that the (Elixir of Death Evasion Recipe ) will not drop in Season 5. Is this a Bug??? Can Blizzard Explain please???

I think they removed it in S4.

As mentioned above, it was removed from the game. The scrolls of escape are still there though.

It is no longer in the game. Get good or keep dying…

And they should add it again or something like it. If you die in season 6, you have to grind it all again since there is no boosting.
