No more crits for coreskill like ice shards, they no longer gain about 30-90% crit chance when mana = >100
Ice shards point blank - often doesnt affect enemies after all and the shards just fly through them
Blizzard + freeze on hit etc + aspect of regen = 1-4 mana on cc doesnt work at all or 100+ mana on first hit. I think it should calculate for each tick, not per cast
