Rogue can just jump on you and kill you before you even know they are there. Either nerf them like you did barb or get rid of pvp. No one but rogues like the pvp. It didnt work in d3 and it barely worked in d2 and only if you flagged and they were also flagged.

Easiest way to Fix PvP is have “specific gear sets” people equip to enter the PvP area.
Similar to how MHW does with Arena matches.
( Given free and temporarily )
You pick premade sets and go with it into the arena
Then rotate it every week.
The sets will always be balanced against each other
People get to try new skills and equipment they normally wouldn’t use

Respect who likes PvP. Wouldnt you get upset if people were asking for devs to get rid of all game content but keeping PvP only? Learn to respect the D2 players that are comming back because PvP.
… If you dont like PvP… why dont you just stay out of PvP zone and go be happy with the rest of game contend? Just stay out of there and play the PVE game contend.

I mean, here’s a wild idea, don’t go into a pvp zone? They’re kind of hard to “stumble” into, and can easily be avoided.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t like pvp in this game, but I also don’t mind that it’s in the game for those who want to enjoy it, I myself will just not go to those zones.

thats not the point. its hugely unpopular, theres a risk of balancing around it, and its a waste of resources to devote any development time around it.

90% of people won’t even play it.
I think they said that even though pvp is in the game as an option, they would not do any of the balancing based on it, just pve. I don’t remember which of the streams this was said though, so I can’t point you directly to it.

An extremely small and diminute parcel of the player base plays pvp and actually takes it seriously.
Pvp in diablo was always a meme it will never be balanced, it will never be fair and nobody cares about it, go play an actual pvp game if you want to take it seriously.
