Echoing Hatred dungeon doesn't work

I got this quest once, I enetered this dungeon in Temis and finished it (rewards many talismans and seals). However I came back to this dungeon on another day but it didn’t work anymore.

How to activate this dungeon again? Or it just works only once?

You have to get the ticket again and it’s very rare.
