I must’ve received the item necessary to access Echoing Hatred because I got the prompt to interact with the Sightless Eye in Temis and was transported to an Arena with a Waking Call in the middle. When I tried to activate the Waking Call though, I couldn’t click on it. I saw the prompt to, but it did nothing. Usually when this happens, I leave and reset the dungeon, but doing so removed my access to the zone. I understand that Echoing Hatred is a very rare opportunity so I’d like to see if I can get that item refunded to me and have another go.

Same problem here… i have the item andd the quest.. but cant activate the altar…
i am having the same issue. I got the trace of echoes while playing with a friend and the sightless eye will only show up when we are partied together but it also doesn’t let us start the altar
This still seems to be an issue… have relogged, everything … used to be able to do it and have so multiple times.. in the last 24hrs.. haven’t been able to get it to work.

So just started a echo of hatred ,5 rounds in and someone joined which caused black screen and the echo reset but it used my quest , couldn’t redo it
