This is still a thing, I’m playing SSF and have leveled two characters as well as playing and leveling characters in normal season 14 and not had one drop yet.
I don’t know if it’s another bug but the portal statue is not even showing up in SSF.
As this is needed to unlock the highlighted pet this is not good at all.
