The Resonant Hatred Key is impossible to find; if you buy an expansion but can’t access everything it offers, then it’s better not to buy it—INCREASE THE DROP RATE.

I got one in Torment 6 bro, pretty sure anyone can get it anywhere, RNG gonna RNG though.
i haven’t found one either with 58+ hours of gameplay for the season. Though maybe that’s rookie numbers, but i feel like that’s a lot.

I’m paragon 240, T12 unlock, playing currently T11-10 since I Heard the mythic drop rate caps at T10, war plan level 8 and I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE YET. So frustrating since it is required to unlock a season challenge. playing on Xbox
I got 0 last season. One dropped for me randomly yesterday in the Undercity.
Paragon 282 SC and Paragon 210 HC last season - 1 drop
My friend getting to Paragon 279 last season got 0.
This season I’m at Paragon 246 SC and 214 HC - 0.
The drop rate is still so stupidly low, and to have seasonal challenges tied to it is beyond stupid

I had 2 last season and 2 this season.
It’s not capped at torm10, but there are diminishing returns and other considerations to account for. Time to kill efficiency being the most obvious one.
Nice try… If you are playing for hours and hours and STILL have not found even one, even though I was said by Devs drop rate doubled, then it is bugged… FIX THIS!
I think the simple question to ask the developers is, why?
This mode was part of the content features for Lord of Hatred and yet no one is getting to play it.
Adding seasonal/achievement objectives behind it has made players even more annoyed.
The loot is really not that great for such a rare event (managed to run a couple in like 300 hours since release), which is also supposed to be a test of end game builds (so do you really need it anyways at that point).
Therefore, it all comes back down to that simple question, why?
What will the purpose of this activity be after getting the achievement for the 1000 bosses and elites? The rewards are crap. Thousands of sigils you don’t need, so maybe gold. And maybe the runes but for that you can still run UC faster. So it will become useless after that achievement. Maybe that’s why they don’t drop. So we have more fun in stupid farming and seeing it maybe once or twice a Saison.
