Earthern Bullwark is not tanky enough & It doesn’t grant me unstoppable in high tier nightmare dungeons. Please fix this

It works fine for me. Do you have ranks in it, also the + barrier gems help. Always does break CC and even when you are CC it stays up so you can break out. Great ability.

I’ve been having issues with it lately. Currently running lvl 70 tornado build with bulwark (also using mending stone to add like 5 seconds to bulwark) and there’s been many, many times where I would get stunned seconds after using bulwark. Definitely something not working as it should be.
It works fine.
Try to increase your defenses (armor, damage reduction, barrier generation, …) your defense might be too low and the barrier is breaking in one hit.

It definitely works fine, you’re probably experiencing something else and conflating the two.
If you are pushing NM dungeons it could definitely be this. I swapped my whole paragon tree last night and sacrificed was too much defense in the process, but I tend to shore that up today with some skill point adjustments.
I was hitting the wall trying to push so I started making a lot of build changes. Saw that I hit a wall at 50, made changes pushed to 57 where I got one shot through my barrier, debilitating roar reduction and hurricane reduction.
I actually moved towards adding more offensive things to kill faster and nearly tripled my offensive output but also noticed I was starting to struggle by NM53 with keeping bulwark up and guzzling potions like water. Which again makes sense given the direction I went with paragon.
Today’s adjustments will be defensive and possibly gear to shift the +4 ranks I have in roar over to bulwark instead for a bigger barrier. If I’m going to rely heavily on it, I need to actually invest in it as well.
So as mentioned above, check your defensive skills and paragon nodes, it sounds like something might be missing.
It does… but only for as long as it lasts. So, it’ll break you free, but if it breaks instantly and you get CCed again, there isn’t much you can do.
