Does the Earthen Bulwark build still work? I made one and it doesn’t seem to be doing what it is supposed to do. I thought the damage scaled with the mobs and did really high damage when it crits. I’m seeing some decent crits, but nothing like what I expected.
Has the dynamic that made the build work been patched?
I hope so – wasn’t an intended behavior for a defensive skill.
Of course that’s just speculation on my part – Blizzard would have to confirm it either way.
Oh i thought it was cuz it scales with barrier strength woops, which they fixed
sure. i got a crone at level 50 and it has been mindless shredding since then.
i bet they can’t fix it without messing with monster’s barriers (bulwark somehow scales of them).
