I tried searching for this info. When is the earliest that this imbuement is available. The only thing that I have found is that it shows up “end game”. Does that mean after you hit lvl 50 or Torment IV or after a a certain Nightmare Dungeon level? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I had it at level 15, so its all RNG I suppose.
