Dust devils ww and bliz did it again

Can some explain what way are blizz thinking? Can some explain them that “balancing” is NOT “nerf to the ground action.
When u trying nerf too overpowered build ( I agree it was too overpowered) use some Math and more then 2 brain cells. Just another trash season ( as for me), total disappointment when some guy from blizz team cant calculate 2+2 and nerf build, that some ppl waited from the release, to the ground. I even dont know what to say more. Just wish blizz find competent ppl who can use more than couple brain cells.

Another suggestion : if u don’t want let us play iconic “spin2win” just get rid of this skill at all.

Calm down. They kinda of gave it a buff.

They limited the size if the dust devils but they also added weapon temps that Increase the dust devil damage.

So have 1 with the max of 100% size of dust devils then just add the dust devil damage to the other weapons.

You can get up to +60% DD size on 2h weapon with legendary tempering manual.

100 lvl all maxed glifs and boss fights pit lvl 35 already - struggling. And I have pretty descent gear and temporing. This build dead mostly cos of changing behavior of twists

Your doing a pit 34 with a WW build that really good.

WW has never been a boss killing skill, its a speed add clear skill.

Switch that to Dual swing with a dust devil build.

Ugh… i know you are running a WW dust devil build

WW is a trash skill right now but with Dust Devil added to it, its buffed to probably C or low B tier.

The biggest problem with Dust Devils from WW it you can’t control the Spawn, and they come out in an AOE from you which is great for packs of monsters.

Switch to a Dual swing build its the same as WW but you have better boss damage with a little bit less mob clearing.

If you dont want to switch a few notes

Dust Devil size is now Capped at 100% any stats over is a waste, and they capped how many dust devils can be on the screen also. Making the chance to spawn an extra dust devil kinda of bad stat.
Run
Two handed weapon dust devil size (can be maxed to 100 with master work)
One hander dust devil damage
One hander dust devil damage
Two hander dust devil damage

Why the hak u advice take another build? Im talking about exact build and how blizz killed it. If i want another build i can just take necro.
Again for u: I talk about iconic build that could work this season if it wasnt nerfed by 2 brain cells blizz balance team.
Ww was nerfed to the ground on the 3rd day of release. And now they showed it can work with dust devils, and on release of season4 again nerfed to the ground

You are forgetting the affix that Dust Devil should appear twice. This is also very important. especially now that the Dust Devil move and disappear very quickly.

In my opinion, the movement and disappearance of the Dust Devil is too high. I don’t even notice the DD anymore, which i think is a bit of a shame.

The number of 15 could also be increased slightly.

Im kinda working with that if the Multiple spawn one or the damage one.

As if right now i can keep a crazy amount on the screen all the time without the spawn, but on the other hand im thinking it would be better to say go with 1 way to build dust devils not three and run damage Aspects

Yes, exactly, i’m also trying to decide on only 1 or 2 affixes. currently i’ve switched from increased damage and double spawn to bigger dust devils and double spawn. Seems to work better for me and funnily enough the damage is also higher.

I suspect that the damage is scaled multiplicatively by the size of the Aspect of Fierce Winds and the increased damage is just additive. so the increased damage is not really noticeable.
