Dust devils aspect

I wanted to ask you about barbarian aspect dust devils. For some reason it is not procking. I am using whirlwind for 20 or 30 seconds and it doesn’t prock for some reason. It was added to two hand slashing weapon called dust devils serrated cleaver. Can you please help me with this? Is something blocking it for prock? Thank you

There’s 3 different dust ones

  1. Makes a dust with WW

  2. Makes a dust with dual swipe

  3. Make a dust on your next core when you make 100 fury

Make sure you didn’t put the wrong one on

I have this one:
Whirlwind leaves behind dust devils that deals damage to surrounding enemies. So I believe I have first one of those 3 you mention.
