I wanted to ask about barbarian aspect dust devils. For some reason it is not procking. I am using whirlwind for 20 or 30 seconds and it doesn’t prock for some reason. It was added to two hand slashing weapon called dust devils serrated cleaver. Can you please help me with this? Is something blocking it for prock?
