Duriel drops doubled is a lie or it is bugged

Hello!

I farmed materials all the time I could for over a month now.
I used all I could, all I wanted was a Harlequin.

Since the drop rate was supposed to be doubled, I did 395 Duriels and didn’t get it.
I think its either bugged or its a lie.
Approximately puts me at 0 / 634 for Harlequin.
Also includes a 154 Duriels in a row without a single Uber dropping.
4% should have been the whole set of all 6 uber I can get to drop for me in 154 Duriels.

The disappointment is so high I don’t even enjoy Diablo IV anymore.
It feels like Blizzard is just toying with us for extreme disappointment.

Please check that it really was doubled because I have an average of 1% uber drop rate.

I am quitting Diablo IV if I finish my pop and not get Harlequin.
I got sick and depressed from putting so much time, so much efforts and be lied at about the 4% drop rate and that totally ruined everything I did.

I loved Diablo IV until I wasted all my materials at Duriel.
The game is just pain to me now I hate it so much.

I found that for me on my necro for instance the game kept dropping black river, it wast until I equipped it and kept famring the granfather dropped. I am thining I need to equipt the god slayer crown to get the Harlequin since it keeps dropping it so much.

double droprate is working. i have gotten lots of ubers since it went active, including 2 more shakos and another grandfather.
