Earlier, I performed a workaround to get my Duriel essences by creating a new character to kill him with that one since my first character did not receive it. After turning in the quest the first time on that character, I logged back over to my first character.
The Corrupted Horn dropped off Duriel again, despite having never dropped for my first character on any of the prior ~15 kills, and I was able to go to Hadriel to turn in the quest. However, after doing so, the Corrupted Horn is now stuck in my Consumables tab and cannot be sold, dropped, salvaged, or moved to stash. As a result, I now have this one slot permanently locked down in that tab until this is fixed.

I have a similar issue, where Duriel dropped horns multiple times before I visited Hadriel. I now have 3 Horns stuck in my inventory.

I have the same issue, I have a spare Corrupted Horn of Duriel in my inventory that can’t be moved, stored, dropped, sold, or salvaged.
Disregard this report, as I didn’t realize these are used to open caches at Azmodan’s location in the Fields of Desecration.

I have the same problem. I gave the first horn to Hadriel and it´s stuck in my inventory. When i kill Duriel, I don´t get any horns, only the memoriers to listen to. I can´t open any chests at Azmodan.

I’m pretty sure you need to gather 5 of these and when you go to Azmodan’s Invasion and defeat him you will be able to open Duriel’s chest that pops up by Duriel’s alter after you battle Azmodan. Right now I have I 1 corrupted horn and it said I needed 5.
