Dup bug is still there, as revealed 16 hours into Season 7

and the ‘endgame graduation set’ is selling for as low as 2 dollars.
personally, i already foresaw this and will never experience emotional damage.
after all, the duplication bug wasn’t something that could be easily fixed and patch by a hotfix.
it originates from a fundamental issue in the framework that requires a significant amount of manhours and effort to resolve.

game state synchronization, transaction atomicity, state persistence, caching, session management, event handling, and rollback logic are areas that need a deep dive by the most experienced veterans in the field.

from my end, i just hope the game run smoothly without frequent crashes, so far, so good.

You sent an email to Hacks@Blizzard.com right? Have to show them proof so they can find a way to fix it. Now one could say they already have it, but just to be on the safe side, send another email. If enough people send emails maybe it’ll get fixed faster, never know.

How does one even know if items are duped? I for had two IDENTICAL 4GA items drop off Duriel in S6 in a single 30 min farm run…

RNG be RNG. I don’t support cheats at all… but RNG is a strange beast.

At this point Blizzard has accepted this…they block trading for 2 weeks then state it is fixed but it’s not, and that’s it…After so long I do not even want to know why people still have faith Blizzard will fix anything other than a broken microtransaction button or a payment not reaching their bank

There was a bug that allowed unlimited Sparks from Lillith. Unlimited.

Just trade for Mythics from the vendor. You’ll get 3 and 4 GA Mythics eventually.

Seems like they are doing a banger job =))))…At this point I would just make every character start with what gear they want , remove the loot, and just have all the mobs replaced with goblins that just drop generic stuff like “Random text item, does nothing but you see it on screen so that you call it loot”

Well they fixed Lillith exploit (according to sticky). Quick response to the issue - but the damage is done. I doubt we’ll see any bans, despite clear exploitation.

personally, i’m already used to the mythic and resplendent bug. eventually, you’ll end up with a bunch of them. last season, i got 35 of those and still had 700/700 of duriel and andariel materials left unused.

Not sure what you’re talking about. I was just stating the fact I had 2 identical items 4GA drop off Duriel in a 30 min session… and they surely weren’t duped… unless Duriel did it.

This is also why I don’t want leaderboards, the raging and complaining about things like this both real and imagined will be deafening.
