Dungeons are missing, are not visible, from the map. Opening a NMD or Infernal Hordes, I am unable to teleport to the dungeon because it does not exist. The map opens to and identifies the correct location, but the dungeon is not there. This issue is present in both seasonal and eternal rhelms. I have closed the game, rebooted the console with no resolution.
This issue is NOT present if another family member logs in to the console and plays D IV. The dungeons are present as expected.
This is only present on XBOX series X. Logging on with the PS5 this issue is not present.
