I used a dungeon sigil but saw a legion event on my map, so I went there and did that first. After I sold all of complete crap I got, the dungeon was no longer marked on the map, and when I went there, it reverted back to a regular dungeon. Where does it say in the game that these have a time limit?

I don’t think it is a time limit… but if you joined a group it would close the current NM …

Guess you joined a group during the event. Doing so will change the world status to the leader’s.

You did one of the following:
- Changed the world by logging out
- Changed the world by joining a group

I’ve done an entire Helltide and still been able to do an already opened NMD… so over one hour. Legions usually take a fraction of that time.
