Purchase a level 83 NM dungeon, unaware it was a resource draining affix attached to it. Couldn’t complete dungeon as it drained avg 40-50% of my resources per hit. Abandoned dungeon, I thought this drain issue was fixed back in August 2023. Can someone comment on this issue and is there anyway to mitigate it.
erm to be honest i thought that whole sigil affix was removed, however, as far as i know, single elites can still have it?

No. He may have melted heart equipped.

I don’t think elites was an issue, vampire resource drain came from mobs attacks, my build is pretty solid I have 12k armor, health & attack power. So I know it has to be a bug! Which I though was fixed back in august 2023.
