I was halfway through Crusaders’ Cathedral when i ported out to sell items. When i took the port to go back in my whole dungeon had reset from the begining. i had made it though the 1st and halfway through the 2nd step of the 3 for the dungeon. It was a Tier 11 Nightmare
fetid mausoleum did the same thing to me - town-portaled to sell some stuff and came back to the very beginning, completely reset and regenerated (different layout, etc). really sucked wtf
