Dungeon Progress Bug - Unkillable Mob Blocking Progress

This bug has existed for a long time now. When doing dungeons that require killing all mobs to progress, every now and again a mob will get spawned behind a locked gate that only unlocks if you kill all mobs.

Want us to kill all mobs to unlock the gate, but make one of the requisite mobs spawn behind said locked gate = progress stopped & a dungeon restart required.

In this instance, it cost me a legendary dungeon which isn’t exactly easy to get again.

This bug has existed for multiple seasons. Why haven’t you fixed it yet? Adjusting randomized spawn locations is relatively easy to fix. Shrink the spawn radius to never extend beyond locked gates. Easy.
