Was playing last night and noticed all of my dungeon keys were gone. I had (11) 10 round infernal hordes and a variety of tributes all gone. How does this happen? I need help I grinded all week for those tributes.

Similar issue on PC. Had a full inventory of keys, tribute, etc… last night. Logged in today and I have 1 horde, 1 tribute, and nightmare sigil. Everything else gone.
Had a full inventory of keys, tribute, etc. and after changing avatar, everything gone.
Oops. Went from seasonal to eternal avatar. Keys are back now.
