I have looked at all the buffs on blood orb consumption and pick up. My question is how do you pickup or consume blood orbs when your health is full? Do you have to get wounded to consume orbs to get the buffs?
You just run over them
?? They don’t pick up if you are full of orbs…

Are you mistaking the red potions shaped like an orb as the actual blood orb?

I’m not playing a blood orb build but are you saying the actual blood orbs are different from the health pots that fall all the time. If so how do they proc and what do they look like? I have some good blood orb gear that I’m not using but have some experiments I’d like to try on my bone spear build to kinda make it a bone/blood orb build. Don’t know if it will work but I’d like to try but I’ve been confused on this blood orb thing as well. I’ve looked all over the interweb for a picture of a blood orb but I can’t find one.

I have not actaully played any blood build, so yea… I did warn you it was a dumb question…
I think I made it to like level 60 pre-season before I figured out the difference between potions and blood orbs.

Dont worry i think they destroyed blood orb builds with patch 1.1.1.
Blood orbs stay forever. However they just made a max foe 30 blood orbs. Meaning if you miss picking up a few here and there they will just stop spawning by the end of the dungeon .

I’d expect them to work like corpses and delete the oldest when you spawn a new one. It just means they have lower burst damage potential.
Let’s just hope they trigger their consumption effect for healing, fortify and essence.
