I recently created a Necro (currently lvl 45) after completing (and therefore skipping) the main story campaign. I’ve blitzed all map region discoveries, strongholds and Lilith statues. In all regions except Dry Steppes, I have received full credit for everything; Dry Steppes failed to register ONE Lilith Statue.
To trouble shoot, I counted up all the region-specific claimed statues on the map; I have them all. I returned to each statue to ensure they were all actually claimed; I found them dark and unclickable. I referenced online maps that show the exact location of the statues; all of the region statue locations I have were confirmed. A quick look at my account can verify that I have, indeed, claimed 33/33 Lilith Statues within the Dry Steppes… however, ONE does not seem to have registered and I, unfortunately, do not know which one glitched. Question: Is the full completion locked behind a level requirement?
Obviously, this bug will prevent the collection of all statues achievement as well as maxing out the reputation in the region (I would guess). I volunteer to recollect/reclaim the statues, annotate which, if any, do not register, and repost the results if they happen again… but I will require the statues in the Dry Steppes (and only Dry Stepps, please) be reset for this character or my account. Otherwise, I’m open to any work-around identified.

I’m in the exact same situation. I’ve counted them 4 times and still missing one in Dry Steppes. Other posts show the same thing is happening in other regions. Very frustrating.

After giving in and re-clicking every statue in the Dry Steppes, it turns out that the one I was missing was the one North of Ked Bardu because there’s a Lilith statue that looks like it’s in the Dry Steppes zone, but is actually considered as Scosglen. So apologies Blizzard for my own mistake.

Same issue. Seems like crickets for Blizzard to solve player/game issues, but when it concerns exploits, those are instant hop topics(even when they are just poor design flaws).

It would be very helpful if you guys could provide screenshots of your maps.
There have been quite a few posts where folks are just overlooking one somewhere, and a second set of eyes can really help.
