Given that the Ravens literally gain measurable attack speed increases from the companion tempering it is frustrating that I came to discover that they do not gain anything from increases to attack speed from other sources. On the other hand, both wolves and the Necromancers minions can stack attack speed from tempering and other sources. I believe this has to be an oversight or bug since this should obviously be an inherited stat for the ravens as they are minions and are appearing to inherit damage bonuses.

I was just about to file another bug report for this, as an amulet with “+23.5% Ravens Attack Speed” makes my ravens attack every 4 seconds instead of every 5 seconds, at least according to the tooltip
Having the Wildrage aspect equipped, the Bestial Rampage key passive unlocked and the werewolf part of the key passive active, I would expect the ravens to attack far quicker, as they should receive a 60% attack sped bonus. Instead, the tooltip still mentions them attacking every 5 seconds and they actually don’t seem to attack any quicker than that
The aspect of Wildrage says: “your companions gain double the bonus from the Bestial Rampage key passive.”
Bestial Rampage: +30% attackspeed, +50% damage.
The damage part works, but Ravens and Vine creeper both do NOT benefit from the (double) attackspeed.
