Vasily’s Prayer with Insatible Fury + Ballistic aspect doesn’t give the proper plus skills, Pulverize has the proper tags (Earth,Werebear,)
Is it not suppose to benefit to plus skills after conversion?

Which of those turns pulverize into an earth skill? Vasil’s Prayer says your earth skills are also Werebear skill, does that work both ways so that your wrebear skills are also earth skills? It doesn’t imply that.
Insatiable fury makes werebear your true form but that wouldn’t give it the earth tag.
I could understand perhaps shockwave aspect legendary making it an earth skill.
Yah I mixed up the name of the aspect, but I have the Earth tag from Ursine so I should benefit from the skills yah?
So you are saying that you have all 4 of those? Can you even tell if it’s giving the proper boost given that ballistic only works with fortify? Like do you just fortify and check the tooltip or simply not notice the damage increase between fortify and no fortify?
Is it even getting the passive +2 from insatiable fury? I feel like there’s not enough info here and I don’t personally have these items.
I can open the skill tree during combat to see if I’m getting the + skills from fortify, and I can equip/unequip the armor in town to see the + skills working
And you are getting neither? Does the damage increase at all even if it isn’t showing the +skill increase? You are really bread crumbing the information. All I can say is good luck.
It will be some time before I and most other druid players have gotten that far, you’re well ahead of the curve atm. It’s likely they haven’t sorted out all these interactions properly. I was wondering how everything would work together while going over the character builder weeks ago.

I mean I misremembered the name of the aspect originally, but not sure what else you needed to understand the the interactions between the items/aspects not working.
Sounds like you aren’t getting either boost then. I saw a post on here saying they weren’t even getting the werebear passive effects whike it was thier true form. That’s simply not acceptable.
This stuff needs to be fixed asap. It will feel really bad to finally get these long sought after unique items only to find out they don’t work as expected or at all!
Like imagine if it won’t even give you the paragon passives for being in true form werebear. That’s class breaking.
