Druid Lightning Damage Temper

Anyione else having absolute disasterous luck getting Lightning Damage temper on druid gear ?? I have literally bricked four pieces of gear and can only get storm damage – not a single roll of lightning damage (I’m not greedy and generally keep the first roll of anything I am looking for). But I have done roughly 40 rolls and not a single thing except Storm damage. It almost seems bugged.

Worse is that I have had zero luck on this druid getting a scroll or retempering, either (got 4 on my SB).

ps: similarly with mobility: Digit-retarded increases are especially prevalent when all I want is base movement speed.

Just as a counterpoint, helped my friend set up new rings yesterday, lightning damage (low roll) second try on one, max roll third or so try on the other.

Not doing a lightning storm build this season, but yes it has been rough to get it in the past. It’s in a four pack recipe if I recall, making it only a 25% chance if you’re lucky.

Infernal hordes is the best way to get reroll scrolls BTW. Open the 200 cost gear chest and you’ll get one or two.
