Hey guys looking for tips on a good build setup.
I’m running pulverize and maul, with trample and blood rage thingy.
He’s tanky, but very weak and slow in damage. As I climb toward 40, the game is getting more and more dangerous with each level. Very few good drops. Feeling like I’m getting screwed by RNG and scaling.
Looking for tips on ways I can farm safely and gear up without leveling too fast.
Also any tips on Druid builds
That pretty much sums up the entire game. Drops are a joke. My Firewall sorc gets tons of lightning or frost gear. Only 2 pieces with fire damage dropped and I blew thru a million gold rolling one more. And that was on level 40 gear. The itemization in this game blows. Dozens of affixes and very few usable ones for most builds.

One tip I can give for any class is use boots with an extra Evade charge, or the refresh of Evade with attacks; I prefer the prior to the latter, but both are nice. Evading more often is a big plus.

I just lost my 45 rogue ytd to a trash mob LOL.
I got complacent and didn’t use the defensive aspects and gears. If you actually value your new Druid, use death potion at all times.
I have been getting very good drops though but it only really started after 30-ish. By 45 I found the legendaries to build both flurry and penetrating shot.
Unless I’m missing something or you spend hours and hours farming easy imp mobs, it’s not even close to possible to have death evasion on at all times. That potion is kind of hard to make actually. And that’s a good thing
@OP/anyone: if you’re struggling, drop the game down to T1. Besides mobs being more dangerous in general on T2, getting experience faster is actually a BAD thing when mobs also level up with you. Because it gives you less time to acquire better gear to keep up with the curve - and you can’t go back to farming lower level mobs.
I guess I’ve been lucky, because I found 2 pieces of unique gear (chestplate and helm, and also ring but couldn’t fit that one in) that makes werebear skills earth or vice versa. Also got another piece doing something similar, so now my skills are both, and I get extra damage on both, like mega extra especially Pulverize 12/12 or something fully Earth buffed that’s pretty sweet
and I am in bear form always, which brings me from 50ish % damage reduction from armor to 65%. Crazy stuff, hard to give any tips, as I just make the build as I go, maybe look into synergies more, skills benefiting from each other. Also for druid the boons can give nice bonuses if properly selected for your build. I find myself adjusting them when I change gear or build a bit.

Interesting - I don’t think I ever thought about it as I always had enough mats whenever I wanted to make it, which was rare since I didn’t have the habit of using it - hence my death
Don’t have to worry about that for a while since I’m on Sorc.
The main issue people have with Druid is that the item drop table from Druid is currently connected together with Barbarian. So getting a certain weapon drop or aspect to have higher damage is creating issues for players.

Yeah this was a struggle last night. 2 handed maces are needed for the Overpower.
Basically all other types are inferior.
This drastically decreases the odds of a suitable drop.
Legendary on a 2h mace with the right aspect… it just won’t happen. I gotta hope to find 2 of another type and imprint. Then that wrap is basically outdated in 3 lvls which happens pretty quick.
It’s a real grind
Just started up an HC Druid. Figured I didn’t want to risk my Sorcerer with server stuff happening. I’m finding the Pulverize build is very easy to play but I’m only to level 20. Just cleared Túr Dúlra and got the Snake spirit unlocked for Masochistic (heal on crit). I’m going to keep playing for a while and see how it feels.
Just steam rolled the Butcher at level 22. Wasn’t really even a fair fight. With my vines and near permanent wearbear form he was annoying at best. Turns out he was on the menu and not me. Fresh meat, indeed. Burp.
