Gear for the Druid that have the “+1 Rank to Shred (Druid Only)” doesn’t do anything.
I’ve found two gloves now that give +1 to Shred and neither of them make my skill 6/5 on my ability board. Other skills seem to be fine.

Leave town. Doesn’t work in town.
That isn’t relevant. I was in a dungeon when I found the gloves. I have 5 points in the skill already, putting points into it should make it 6/5, and it is not.
Is the skill part of the ‘unique’ (likely legendary) power or just a skill attribute?
Does it show as active (colored) or greyed out?
Regular affix, found the affix on both Legendary and Rare items, both had the same issue. Not greyed out.
I am also having this issue, +1 shred on my gloves doesn’t increase shred’s level.
+1, my druid has this problem too, 2 different items equipped with +1 shred, shred is 5/5 regardless of my equipped items
+1 i thought it was working and i respecced and it seemed to stopped working
I have the same problem. +1 shred gear isnt working.
Same here, tried different gear pieces with +1 to Shred and my Shred skill remains 5/5 despite already being at level 5 without any gear.
Same here. Shred +1 abilities don’t seem to work
