Passive from cyclone armor is not working. Tested it with mob but no difference with skill points or not. With or without on skill bar, same issue.

Desperately need this fixed seeing as to how DR is going to be more sparce.
Cyclonic Force has failed to function correctly for nearly a year now as observed in the Stats page which has yet to correctly add and update your DR outside of Town.
