i have a 97% crit chance on my druid but he is not getting the hit correctly i am having more regular hits then crit hits. i should be getting 9 out of 10 but im getting about 5 or 6 out of 10.
It seems I have a similar issue with Lucky Hit chance. It is around 89% for me, but Lucky Hit affects seems to occur less often than they should, e. g. a 10% Lucky Hit chance to cooldown Ultimate Skills for 2 seconds, but even if I hit tons of enemies with Stone Burst in Helltide, the Ultimate Skill sees no significant reduction.
Maybe some of the skill type you use can’t crit? Like SB, the damage from spirit hall can not crit.
